Standard shipping is $19.90 for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France.

Orders of US$49.90 or more qualify for free shipping. Orders below US$49.90 use the applicable standard shipping rate.

Orders to supported destinations may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You may request an eligible return within 14 days after delivery.

Eligible returns are unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible. Used items, items damaged by misuse, or items missing key packaging may not be eligible.

Email support@livonest.vip with your order number and the reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
